The Committee’s primary responsibility is reviewing and approving house construction plans to ensure that they are in compliance with applicable covenants and bylaws.  In addition, the Committee reviews plans for garages, sheds, decks, and boat houses to ensure that they are also in compliance with the above cited documents.  Although there are very few requirements applicable to these structures.

Once the Committee’s reviews are complete, a letter is prepared for the County that indicates that plans are in compliance with all covenants and bylaws.  The contractor and property owner also receive a guidance document that outlines applicable requirements.
